Dump Trailer Rental & Junk Removal

  • Rent the trailer: 7x16x4 hydraulic dump trailer,  daily and weekly rates
  • Full-service removal: we show up, load everything, sweep the area, and haul it off
  • Delivery and pickup across Brevard, Indian River, and St. Lucie counties
  • No permits, no container parked in your driveway for a month

Some jobs you want to handle yourself and just need somewhere to put the debris. Others you’d rather have gone by this afternoon without touching any of it. We do both. Rent one of our dump trailers and you’ve got a dumpster that moves with the work — around the side of the house, into the back of the lot, from one job to the next — and when it’s full you pull a lever and the load is out. Or book full-service junk removal and we bring the trailer, the crew, and the muscle. You point at what goes; we carry it out, load it, broom the space, and dispose of it properly. Lotus Asphalt Paving serves contractors, property managers, and homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast and Space Coast.

Junk Removal — We Load, You Don’t

Full-service removal is priced by how much of the trailer your load takes up, so you’re not paying for space you don’t use. We’ll give you a firm number on site before anything moves. Common jobs: garage, attic, and shed cleanouts; estate and foreclosure cleanouts; office and retail clearouts; furniture, mattresses, and old appliances; hot tubs and above-ground pools; fence and deck tear-outs; tenant turnover and eviction debris; and storm cleanup after a Florida summer. We handle stairs, tight hallways, and second-floor units — and we clean up behind ourselves, so the space is ready to use when we pull out. Usable furniture and goods go to donation when we can place them; metal goes to recycling. Same-day and next-day slots are often open.

Renting the Trailer Yourself

The trailer is a bumper-pull with a [2-5/16″] ball coupler, a 7-pin connector, and electric brakes, so you’ll want a 3/4-ton or larger pickup with a working brake controller. Loaded weight runs up to 16,000 pounds — more than a half-ton truck should be pulling. If your truck isn’t rated for it, or you’d rather not tow, we’ll deliver it to your site and pick it up when you’re done. Rates are $150 daily, $300 for the weekend, and $600 weekly. Delivery and pickup within 20 miles is $75; farther out, call for a quote. All daily rates plus dump fees. A $150 deposit holds the trailer and comes back when it returns in the same shape it left in. Weekends and the weeks after a storm book up fast.

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, scrap metal, shingles, lumber, drywall, yard waste, brush, dirt, sod, concrete, brick, and general construction debris are all fine, within the weight limit. What we can’t take: paint, solvents, fuel, oil, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, or any hazardous material. Appliances with refrigerant need to be handled separately — ask us and we’ll point you the right direction. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, and roof tile hits the weight limit long before it fills the trailer, so if that’s your load, mention it when you call and we’ll size the job correctly.
